I started my coaching practice with one goal in mind: to help people find healing and balance in their mind, body, spirit and lifestyle. I’ve spent the last ten years on my own healing journey after experiencing the disappointment and lack of healing and results from Western medicine. Through this journey, I have cultivated not only a unique perspective, but a devout love and appreciation for holistic and functional medicine. It’s time to start listening to your body and your own intuition. As a MBH Holistic Health Coach, together, we will honor your own bio-individuality to achieve life-changing and sustainable results.

Health coaches do not offer treatments or medications or diagnostic services, including supplements. A health coach is looking at the whole person (mind-body-spirit), their health values and preferences, and partners with a client to illicit behavior change and motivation as it relates to wellness. If a referral is needed, I am glad to make a referral to one of my colleagues that is licensed to prescribe and interpret labs for you and/or recommend supplementation. We can then work in tandem to create a new plan of action to address any goals related to those results and recommendations.

Health coaches support clients in activating internal strengths and external resources to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle behavior changes using a client-centered approach. Whatever goal the client sets, the health coach ensures that they are supported until the desired outcome is achieved. A health coach displays an unconditional positive regard for their clients and have trained to the highest standards in the profession which means that they have the skills and knowledge to walk alongside you on your path to your healthiest self.

You will find that I use a 360-degree approach to wellness that weaves the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, environmental and financial aspects of well-being together, because I believe that these pillars of health are all interconnected. I offer a "whole-person" well-being assessment at our first session will help you to reflect on which areas are going well, and which areas you would like to focus more on in coaching.

Initial consultations are 20 minutes and are free.
The first introductory session is 1 hour and is $95.00.
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and are $75.00.
An invoice will be submitted after our session and will be due upon receipt. Some insurance covers health coaching. I do not process insurance claims however, I can give you a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance company.

Currently, I only offer telehealth sessions and will send to you a link to our session prior to our meeting. If you need to reschedule for any reason, I asked that you do so at least 24-hours in advance by emailing me at katiejaneliving@gmail.com

That all depends on you! Some clients are able to determine and achieve their goals in a few sessions. Some clients enjoy meeting biweekly or monthly for ongoing support. We can cater our schedule to meet your needs!
